Job summary

CIBT seeks a Global Financial Systems Administrator to optimize and support enterprise financial systems, including NetSuite, Kyriba, Concur, Stripe, Ramp, and Boomi integrations. The role combines technical and financial systems expertise with project leadership across global operations.

You will manage security, workflows, and customizations while leading a small offshore team and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on NetSuite ERP administration experience.
• Strong NetSuite customization including SuiteScript, workflows, custom fields/records and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain enterprise financial systems, including security, workflows, customizations, scripting, and integrations.
• Lead and mentor an offshore support team, ensuring timely issue resolution and continual service improvement.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions, scripts, records, workflows, and third-party integrations.
• Coordinate NetSuite biannual release planning, sandbox testing, UAT, and production deployment.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and saved searches to provide actionable insights.
• Automate business processes with workflows, validation rules, and system enhancements.
