Job summary

CIBTvisas, Inc. is seeking a Global Financial Systems Administrator to oversee NetSuite and related financial systems. The role emphasizes reliability, security, and performance across the fintech stack including Boomi integrations and third-party apps.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in NetSuite ERP administration, strong customization skills, and experience leading cross-border projects. This onsite position sits in London and offers growth in a global finance tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Minimum of five years hands-on NetSuite ERP administration and support.
• Strong NetSuite customization including SuiteScript, workflows, fields, records, forms, saved searches and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain enterprise financial systems including security, workflows, customizations, scripting, and integrations.
• Lead multiple global projects and system enhancements from planning to implementation.
• Mentor a small offshore support team and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions, scripts, and integrations to support business requirements.
• Provide day-to-day technical support and issue resolution for finance system users.
• Create and maintain system documentation, guides, and training materials.
• Coordinate NetSuite biannual release processes including testing, analysis, UAT, and deployment.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT and stakeholders to maintain data accuracy and system integrity.
• Monitor performance, identify optimization opportunities, and implement reliability improvements.
• Develop reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
• Automate processes with workflows, approvals, and validation rules.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, audits and regulatory standards.
