Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with strong business partnering and stakeholder management.
• Experience with FX, cash flow and margins is desirable.
• Interest in complexity and strategic financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and development of a small international team as part of a larger global finance team
• Lead on budgeting, rolling forecasting and business reviews
• Partner with regional leadership teams to review business performance and challenge decisions with data-driven insights
• Analysis of financial and operational KPIs, identifying trends and making recommendations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on growth opportunities, investments and performance improvement initiatives
• Drive continuous improvements in finance systems, reporting capabilities and data analytics
