Job summary

TOPdesk is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead global accounting operations with a focus on consolidation, internal controls, and external audit management. This role reports to the VP Global Controller and is central to building a scalable, well-controlled finance function.

The ideal candidate has CA qualification, 5–10 years in multinational, PE-backed environments, and strong IFRS/Dutch GAAP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant required.
• Experience in Big 4 or national firm audit.
• 5–10 years accounting in global/PE-backed company.
• Consolidation in multicurrency environments.
• Knowledge of IFRS and Dutch GAAP.
• Experience with internal controls and global close governance.
• Familiarity with Netsuite or similar ERP.

Responsibilities

• Consolidation, reporting and cross-functional partnership to ensure end-to-end financial accuracy.
• Manage the external audit process and prepare audited financial statements and PBC docs.
• Lead internal control framework development and drive standardization and automation.
