Job summary

The Green Recruitment Company is recruiting on behalf of an internationally listed group for a Group Financial Controller to assume end-to-end control of group accounting, reporting and consolidation in a high-growth environment.

Reporting to the CFO, you will own cash flow planning, statutory reporting, audits and strengthening financial controls while building a robust in-house finance function and partnering with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CA/CPA with relevant post-qualification experience.
• Experience leading group reporting and consolidation for a listed group.
• Experience implementing finance systems and building processes from the ground up.
• Hands-on, autonomous in a changing environment.

I’m working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Group Financial Controller to join a growing, internationally listed business undergoing significant development.

Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll take ownership of group financial control, reporting and consolidation, while bringing key finance functions in-house and building a robust finance infrastructure.

What we're looking for:

• ACA, ACCA, CA or CPA qualified.
• Proven Financial Controller or Group Financial Controller experience.
• Strong technical accounting, consolidation and reporting expertise.
• Experience implementing systems and building processes from the ground up.
• A hands‑on, autonomous individual comfortable operating in a changing environment.
