Job summary

Wood Mackenzie is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead accounting operations, financial reporting, tax, payroll, and internal controls for a multinational footprint. This high-visibility role involves close collaboration with FP&A, Treasury, Legal, and business leaders, and adaptation to a private equity-backed environment with rigorous reporting cadences.

You will own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, manage external audits, and oversee multi-currency, multi-entity consolidation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CA/CPA license highly desirable.
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive accounting/controllership experience.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close with GAAP compliance.
• Consolidate financial statements and manage external audits.
• Lead multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation and intercompany accounting.
