Job summary

Wade Macdonald is seeking a fully qualified Financial Accountant to join a well-established finance team in a varied, commercially focused role. You will work on external reporting, audit management, and provide financial insight to support business decisions.

You will handle statutory statements, coordinate audits, and deliver monthly/quarterly analyses while ensuring adherence to UK GAAP and internal policies. Hybrid working and international exposure feature in the role.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with strong financial reporting and audit experience.
• Solid understanding of accounting standards, including UK GAAP.
• Experience with transfer pricing and working with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare statutory financial statements for multiple entities and ensure reporting obligations are met.
• Coordinate year-end audit process with external auditors and build relationships with them.
• Analyze financial results to highlight movements, risks and opportunities for the business.
• Oversee transfer pricing documentation and support adjustments when required.
• Deliver insightful financial analysis across monthly and quarterly reporting cycles.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external standards and provide financial guidance to business activities.
