Job summary

Wade Macdonald is seeking an experienced Finance Manager for a large international organisation in London. You will lead management accounting, financial reporting and control, and cultivate a high-performing finance team of five under the Financial Controller.

The role supports a period of growth and change, with responsibilities across month-end, balance sheet integrity, regulatory returns, audits and tax matters, while driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with Group policies.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with 3–5 years post-qualified experience.
• Strong knowledge of FRS 102 and IFRS, with external audit experience.
• Proven finance team leadership and Excel skills, experience across multiple accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end and quarter-end cycles ensuring timely, accurate reporting.
• Maintain balance sheet integrity through reconciliations and reviews by the team.
• Strengthen the financial control framework and document controls.
