Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Finance Systems Analyst to support and enhance our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform, working with Finance, IT and business stakeholders to improve processes and data quality across our global organisation.

You will provide functional support for D365 F&O, manage incidents, drive process improvements, governance and training across regional finance teams.

Qualifications

• Qualified professional accounting designation (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) or part-qualified.
• Degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or a comparable ERP system.
• Experience with ERP implementations, system testing, change management activities and user support.
• Strong understanding of core Finance processes: Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash.
• Proven analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication skills across Finance, IT and business teams.
• Experience within a manufacturing and/or multi-entity global organisation.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for D365 F&O Finance processes, resolving system, process and data-related issues
• Act as a key point of contact for Finance system queries, working with IT and external partners to manage incidents and service requests
• Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, controls and system utilisation
• Support finance master data governance, data quality initiatives and compliance with audit requirements
• Assist with system enhancements, upgrades and testing activities, ensuring successful change adoption
• Deliver user training, maintain process documentation and support global Finance teams through system changes and rollouts
