Job summary

Travel Counsellors is looking for a Finance Systems Specialist to support the day-to-day operation, maintenance and configuration of financial systems, with dedicated experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. You’ll ensure finance users are supported and systems run smoothly, working with senior colleagues, technical teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Finance/Accountancy qualification preferred but not essential.
• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred.
• Experience with finance systems and change management processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support availability, maintenance and configuration of financial systems including D365 F&O.
• Amend and troubleshoot configuration across finance systems; escalate complex issues.
• Provide 1st line operational support to finance system users with the helpdesk.
• Assist with change management activities; assess releases and process updates.
• Act as a point of contact during outages and P1/P2 incidents with technical teams.
• Help implement and maintain finance processes within finance systems.
• Support the release process, including regression testing with suppliers.
