Job summary

PwC UK seeks an experienced Manager to lead end-to-end delivery for a large, complex global client within our Finance Managed Solutions practice. You will oversee a multi-location delivery team (onshore and offshore) and coordinate with PwC network firms to ensure consistent delivery across jurisdictions.

The role focuses on reconciliation of local GAAP to IFRS, audit support, and driving standardisation, quality and service excellence across global processes.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA qualification (or international equivalent)
• IFRS and GAAP experience
• Experience in global, multi-jurisdictional environments with international stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder management with dispersed teams and senior client contacts

Responsibilities

• Deliver finance managed services for a global client, meeting SLAs, KPIs and quality standards.
• Manage IFRS reconciliations and audit support across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore teams to deliver high-quality work and manage priorities effectively.
• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships, providing updates on performance, risks and issue resolution.
• Monitor service delivery, manage risks, and drive process improvements, standardisation and automation.
• Lead and develop finance teams, supporting resource planning and partnering with senior leadership on strategic priorities.

About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Manager to support the end-to-end delivery for a large, complex global client within our Finance Managed Solutions practice.

This role is accountable for managing a multi-location delivery team (onshore and offshore), ensuring high-quality, timely finance outputs across multiple jurisdictions. A key focus of the role is overseeing the reconciliation of local GAAP books to IFRS, alongside managing a dedicated audit support function to deliver a seamless audit experience.

The role combines operational leadership, global stakeholder management, and continuous improvement, with a strong emphasis on driving standardisation, quality, and service excellence across global processes. A critical aspect of the role will be liaising closely with PwC global network firms and client stakeholders across multiple locations to ensure consistent delivery and alignment.

What Your Days Will Look Like

• Deliver finance managed services for a global client, meeting agreed SLAs, KPIs and quality standards.
• Manage IFRS reconciliations and audit support across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore teams to deliver high-quality work and manage priorities effectively.

This Role Is For You If

• Must be ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA qualified (or international equivalent)
• IFRS and GAAP experience
• Proven experience working in global, multi-jurisdictional environments, including coordination with international stakeholders and delivery centres
• Strong stakeholder management experience, including working with geographically dispersed teams and senior client contacts
