Job summary

M&G is seeking a Director-level professional to lead large-scale Finance Operations transformation programmes. You will partner with Finance Operations leadership, design target operating models, and drive end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams while ensuring benefits are realised and governance is robust.

The role requires extensive programme management experience in Financial Services, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to mentor a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• End-to-end leadership of complex transformation programmes.
• Programme governance, Steering Committees and sponsor engagement.
• Experience in Financial Services transformation and benefits realisation.
• Financial management of large-scale programmes and business case development.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale Finance Operations transformation programmes with multiple workstreams.
• Define objectives, scope, resources and expected benefits with stakeholders.
• Establish governance and decision-making bodies; manage risks and dependencies.
• Provide integrated delivery view and align with business-as-usual readiness.
• Mentor and coach team within Change COE and drive adoption of new capabilities (AI/automation).
