Job summary

Goodman Masson is partnering with a high-growth tech business to hire a Head of/Group Financial Controller. You will own the global finance operation, lead a 10-person team, and deliver a major finance transformation and modernisation agenda.

The role sits in Watford with a hybrid 50/50 split, and offers a clear path to broader leadership as the business scales. You will work directly with the CFO and investors, translating complex compliance into actionable data for strategic decision-making in

Qualifications

ACA/CA qualified with audit background from a top-tier firm.
Experience in international corporate finance and multi-currency consolidation.
Proven track record delivering financial change (ERP, automation).
Knowledge of subscription revenue mechanics is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end financial control including monthly P&L, balance sheet, tax and treasury, audit, and accounts payable/receivable, leading a team of 10.
Lead finance system and process modernization to automate manual workflows.
Drive finance transformation and robust internal controls across global estate.
