Job summary

Sycurio is seeking a Financial Controller to oversee all accounting activities, including financial reporting, compliance, and cash flow management. You will lead a small accounting team, drive improvements in internal controls, and ensure timely, accurate financial statements.

The role requires CIMA or ACCA qualification with 3–5 years PQE and at least 5 years of industry experience. NetSuite experience is preferred; strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• PQE 3–5 years after qualification
• At least 5 years of relevant industry experience
• Strong leadership of an accounting team
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling
• Experience with NetSuite preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate financial statements and monthly/quarterly reports
• Lead the annual external audit and liaise with auditors
• Manage cash flow and working capital
• Oversee internal controls and regulatory compliance
• Produce monthly board packs with commentary on results
• Support banks and PE investors with financial reporting
