Job summary

Baker Charles is recruiting for a senior finance leadership role based in the United Kingdom. The role will oversee financial control, reporting, treasury, tax and audit functions, guiding the business through its next growth phase.

You will lead group month-end close, strengthen controls, manage statutory reporting and banking relationships, and drive finance transformation through automation and improved processes.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification is expected.
• Strong financial control and technical accounting experience required.
• Background in a complex, multi-site or international environment.
• Experience across reporting, audit, tax, treasury and cash flow forecasting.
• Proven experience improving controls, processes and finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group month-end close, reporting and balance sheet controls.
• Strengthen financial controls across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• Oversee statutory reporting, audit, tax compliance and treasury activities.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning and banking relationships.
• Drive process improvement, automation and the adoption of new finance technology.
• Partner with senior stakeholders, providing financial insight and commercial support.
• Support strategic projects including expansion, acquisitions and restructuring.
