Job summary

Dr. Martens is recruiting a Credit Manager to lead the global credit risk and collections function within the Accounts Receivable team.

You will balance commercial opportunity with risk, shaping consumer-centric strategies and supporting rapid, profitable decision-making across the business. You will drive process improvements, leverage data and AI-enabled tools, and collaborate across Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain to embed best practices and deliver strong cash flow.

Qualifications

• Experience leading credit risk management and collections strategies.
• Ability to analyse financial data and balance risk with growth.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and data-driven process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead global credit risk management, setting policies and credit limits.
• Drive collections and dispute resolution to reduce overdue debt and protect relationships.
• Monitor and optimise Credit & AR processes using data, automation and technology.
• Champion transformation across Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and AR teams.
