Job summary

The role covers installation, commissioning, maintenance, fault finding and providing technical support across multiple levels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience maintaining equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
• Experience in service organisations.
• Industry knowledge and adaptable to new systems.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills.
• Engineering or IT qualification or hands-on electro-mechanical experience.
• Clear communication with all team members.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Adaptability to change within a project.
• Ability to fault find, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Comply with quality regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission ground support equipment.
• Maintain and service product range.
• Fix warranty issues and report back to office.
• Provide supervisory and technical support to colleagues.
• Ensure work meets guidelines and standards.
• Refer follow-up work to appropriate staff for clients.
• Present a professional appearance and promote company image.
• Set a good example by following rules and site regulations.
• Complete documentation promptly (timesheets, claims, reports).
• Attend training and meetings as required.
• Support management and colleagues as needed.
• Adhere to health & safety guidelines and ISO 9001.
