Searchandselect is seeking a Group FATCA/CRS Reporting Officer to join at the group level in the UK/Isle of Man region. The role supports the annual end-to-end FATCA/CRS reporting cycle, helping establish a central function to manage reporting obligations and ensure accurate entity classifications and valid self-certifications.

The successful candidate will log classifications, respond to AEOI queries, and assist in production of XML returns for competent authorities, while partnering with local

Competenze

• Experience applying FATCA/CRS to trust and company structures.
• Ability to document classifications and rationales clearly.
• Strong data handling across CSV/Excel/XML formats.

Mansioni

• Support the Group's annual FATCA/CRS classification exercise across all entities.
• Document classifications and rationales in the core database for audit readiness.
• Review indicia and tax data for account holders and controlling persons.
• Lead outreach to third‑party financial institutions about classifications.
• Support self-certification outreach, tracking responses and assessments.
• Assist CRS 2.0 data preparation and remediation where applicable.
• Log CRS 2.0 data points and assist in XML returns for authorities.
• Provide FATCA/CRS advice to local offices and escalate complex queries.
• Help with W‑8/W‑9 documentation for banking/investment partners.
• Monitor the FATCA/CRS inbox and address queries; address legacy issues.
• Collaborate to drive technology-based solutions for annual reporting.
