Job summary

Itchyfeet is seeking a Group FATCA/CRS Reporting Officer for a full-time role within the Group FATCA/CRS Team. The role supports annual end-to-end reporting, ensuring timely classifications for Reportable Persons and compliance with FATCA/CRS.

You will lead entity classifications across the Group, document rationales in the core database, coordinate with third-party Financial Institutions, assist self-certifications, and prepare XML returns for submission to Competent Authorities.

Qualifications

• Experience applying FATCA/CRS within trust and company structures.
• Ability to complete self-certifications and W-8/W-9 forms with clear rationale.
• Experience in entity classifications within trust and company structures.
• Proficient in handling large data volumes and data formats (CSV/Excel/XML).

Responsibilities

• Classify entities across the Group and document rationales in the core database.
• Review indicia and tax data for Account Holders and Controlling Persons.
• Lead outreach to third-party Financial Institutions for classifications.
• Assist self-certification compliance and validity assessments.
• Support CRS 2.0 data preparation and remediation.
• Log CRS 2.0 data points into the core database and ensure accuracy.
• Prepare test and final XML returns for authorities.
• Provide FATCA/CRS guidance to local offices.
