Job summary

Itchy Feet is seeking an Assistant Manager in Operations & Business Support with a focus on CRS/FATCA reporting. The role supports the Senior Manager across jurisdictions and ensures data integrity for client entities, including Jersey and other offices as needed.

You will oversee daily CRS/FATCA reporting operations, assist in implementing the reporting framework, and ensure data accuracy and regulatory-compliant formats.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in a relevant role.
• Relevant professional qualification completed.
• Excellent communication and cross-team relationship skills.
• Strong understanding of CRS/FATCA reporting best practices.
• Proficient IT skills with MS Office; intermediate Excel.
• Organised, detail-oriented and accurate data input.
• Strong analytical skills and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously when required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the CRS/FATCA primary contact for Jersey-based client teams.
• Classify entities periodically and keep client-facing teams informed.
• Review W-8BEN-E and self-cert forms for accuracy and provide feedback.
• Approve self-cert checklists and handle related queries.
• Monitor CRS/FATCA payments in Acumen ledgers and address questions.
• Maintain internal reporting of missing self-certification data.
• Assist in data audits and CRS/FATCA annual submissions.
• Train client-facing staff and identify learning gaps.
• Provide cover during absences and support ad-hoc projects.
• Explain technical issues to non-technical colleagues.
