Job summary

Praxis Group seeks a CRS/FATCA reporting specialist to manage day-to-day CRS/FATCA reporting for Jersey and assist across Praxis offices. You will ensure data integrity, classify entities, and support implementation of the CRS/FATCA framework.

You will collaborate with senior management, train client-facing staff, and cover colleagues as needed. Strong communication and MS Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a relevant related role.
• Successful attainment of a relevant professional qualification.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Jersey-based client-facing contact for CRS/FATCA queries.
• Classify entities periodically and inform client teams of required actions.
• Review outgoing self-certification forms for accuracy and alignment.
• Review incoming self-certification forms and approve the checklist as valid.
• Monitor CRS/FATCA payments in Acumen ledgers for accuracy.
• Assist with data audits and annual CRS/FATCA submissions.
• Provide training and cover for colleagues as needed.
• Handle ad-hoc CRS/FATCA projects and framework improvements.
