Job summary

Wise is seeking an External Reporting Senior Manager to join our Finance team in the UK. You will own the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements under US GAAP and IFRS, and lead monthly consolidation across entities with intercompany eliminations and FX translation.

You will manage disclosure processes, drive timely reporting to meet filing dates, coordinate with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Legal and Investor Relations, and help strengthen SOX/ICFR controls while ensuring accuracy and

Qualifications

• Professional finance qualification (e.g. ACA or equivalent) with +6 years post-qualification experience.
• Demonstrable experience preparing or reviewing publicly listed ARAs and 20-F/10-K.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting; multi-currency and multi-entity consolidations.

Responsibilities

• Own preparation and delivery of quarterly and annual financial statements under US GAAP and IFRS.
• Lead monthly consolidation: mappings, inter-company eliminations, FX translation, equity and consolidation journals.
• Prepare notes for share-based compensation, operating segments and taxes; maintain dual GAAP bridges where applicable.
