Job summary

CFA Institute is seeking an Extended Workforce Associate Manager to lead and shape its global Extended Workforce Programme from the ground up. You will partner with the Senior Manager to drive delivery across lifecycle, manage suppliers and internal stakeholders, and translate strategy into high-quality outcomes across regions.

You will work across HR, Procurement, Legal, Finance and Technology to ensure efficient operations, governance and continuous improvement, balancing hands-on delivery

Qualifications

• Experience in extended or contingent workforce management.
• Experience with extended workforce platforms and configuration/optimisation.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and performance frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy in fast-paced environments.
• Strong workforce analytics, reporting and MI for senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across HR, Procurement, Legal, Finance, Technology.
• Familiarity with Workday HCM is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day delivery of the Extended Workforce Programme.
• Partner with the Senior Manager to turn programme priorities into delivered outcomes across multiple workstreams.
• Support hiring managers, suppliers and internal stakeholders, acting as a senior operational contact for complex queries and escalations.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance reporting and governance activities, including KPI tracking and review cycles.
• Support development and optimisation of the Extended Workforce Platform, including configuration, user support, training and continuous improvement.
• Produce workforce reporting, analytics and management information to support programme decisions and senior leadership.
• Help operationalise workforce policies, governance and SOPs while identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
