Job summary

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for export customers across international markets.
• Support export orders from order placement through to delivery.
• Coordinate communications with freight forwarders, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, customs paperwork).
• Monitor order progress, escalate issues, and ensure timely communication with customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and streamline processes.
