Job summary

SubSea Craft is seeking an Enterprise Project Manager to drive strategic growth and expansion across its global footprint. You will lead cross-functional projects from concept to implementation, ensuring delivery on time and within budget while aligning with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex business expansion projects.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across locations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills at all organisational levels.
• Proficiency with MS Project/Jira and familiarity with Power BI reporting.
• Solid understanding of planning, scheduling, cost management, risk management and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of strategic growth and expansion projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget and objectives are met.
• Maintain accurate project plans, governance artefacts and provide timely progress updates.
• Coordinate activities across Operations, Facilities, Finance, HR, IT, and Supply Chain with external partners.
• Ensure resource forecasting, milestone tracking and delivery assurance with planning/controls teams.
• Establish project structures and governance for new locations and capabilities.
