Job summary

Streamline Search Ltd. in Kent is seeking a Multi Modal Freight - Sales & Operations specialist to join a dynamic freight-forwarding team.

The role blends international logistics, sales and client relationship management, with office-based hours of 9:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday. You will coordinate exhibition freight movements across international markets, prepare quotations, support tenders, and develop new business opportunities while maintaining CRM records and supporting invoicing.

Qualifications

• At least three years' experience in exhibition logistics or multimodal freight forwarding.
• Sales, business development or client management experience.
• Excellent communication, organisation and planning skills.
• Confident managing deadlines and competing priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international and European exhibition freight movements.
• Prepare quotations, support tenders and develop new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with clients, overseas agents and suppliers.
• Maintain CRM records, manage costs and assist with invoicing.
• Provide on-site support and represent the business at exhibitions worldwide.
• Work closely with the Business Development Manager and Operations team.
