Job summary

HelloKindred is seeking an Executive Recruiter or Search Consultant to support its in-house leadership recruitment function, focusing on senior leadership across European markets. Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership recruitment experience.
• Prior external executive search or agency recruitment experience preferred.
• Strong relationship-building skills with senior candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication at the C-suite level.

Responsibilities

• Position executive search as a trusted partner with senior leaders.
• Conduct confidential research to identify leadership talent.
• Produce market intelligence reports to influence talent strategies.
• Build talent pools across channels and articulate the organisation’s value proposition.
• Assess candidates against leadership requirements and future hiring needs.
• Deliver a world-class candidate experience and protect the talent brand.
• Manage multiple projects with deadlines; support leadership meetings with research.
