Dow Jones is seeking a Business Operations Lead in London, working three days per week from the London Bridge Street office. You will oversee day-to-day performance, reporting, resource planning and portfolio tracking to support decision-making.

You will collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Content Operations, Events, Finance and more, driving efficiency, automation, and streamlined workflows while contributing to culture and inclusivity.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 4–6 years in strategy, business operations, or project management.
• Experience managing projects, coordinating stakeholders, and driving execution.
• Excellent communication of insights to senior stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Manage Dow Jones Master Global Events Calendar, align priorities and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Support annual Events Strategic Planning and coordinate its activities.
• Coordinate Custom schedules and dependencies with calendar integration.
• Standardize operational processes and document best practices for efficiency.
• Support competitive intelligence and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
• Leverage AI, automation and workflow tools to scale operations.
• Develop governance frameworks with plans, timelines, trackers and approvals.
• Create reporting processes to monitor performance, risks and opportunities.
• Prepare executive presentations and communicate key insights to leadership.
• Partner with leadership to foster engagement and inclusive team culture.
