Job summary

Hilton Watford is seeking an energetic Events Specialist to deliver outstanding conferences and events that drive sales and brand awareness.

You will handle end-to-end event management—from planning, budgeting, and vendor coordination to reporting and stakeholder collaboration—across internal and customer-facing programs.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of MS Office and event tools.
• Excellent communication with executives and customers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Self-starter, organized, detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Handle events from conception to planning and execution, including ROI measurement.
• Identify event objectives, budgets and vendor management with cross-team collaboration.
• Manage budgets, track expenditures and reconcile invoices; monitor timelines.
• Align with Hilton Travel & Entertainment policy for compliance.
• Run tradeshow setup, websites and registration via Cvent and other vendors.
• Collaborate with partners on messaging and with Sales & Marketing.
