Job summary

Unknown is seeking a Global Events Manager for an established international events organisation. The role oversees planning, budgeting and delivery of events from initial concept to on-site execution, coordinating the Events Team and key stakeholders.

Based in Warwickshire, the role requires international travel, strong organisational skills and experience managing multiple events and teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in event management, ideally international or B2B events.
• Experience managing a team and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities with stakeholders.
• Proactive, calm under pressure and able to work independently or in a team.
• Strong MS Office and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global events from planning through onsite delivery and post-event activity.
• Lead the Events Team, manage budgets and logistics.
• Develop and maintain the annual event calendar across the programme.
• Build relationships with event hosts, sponsors and venues.
• Arrange travel, hotels, flights and transport for events.
