Job summary

Sector Global Limited is seeking an experienced project manager to join our Global Meetings team, delivering networking and business meeting programmes at major international events. You will own projects from planning to delivery, working with clients and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role is hands-on and client-facing, requiring excellent organisation, communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Travel within the UK and internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' professional project management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including client presentations.
• Experience with event management platforms or CRM systems.
• Professional working proficiency in a second language.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of event networking and business meeting programmes from client briefing to event delivery and post-event reporting.
• Work closely with clients to understand objectives and develop practical solutions that deliver measurable results.
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, budgets and deliverables.
• Coordinate project requirements and programme configuration using internal systems and event platforms.
• Build relationships with clients and act as main contact throughout the project.
• Deliver presentations, demonstrations and training to clients and participants.
• Oversee on-site delivery and provide operational support at events when required.
• Review project outcomes and identify opportunities to improve services.
