Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a proactive Events Co-ordinator to join our Europe Asset Management Events Team. This role supports planning, delivery, and post-event activities for client events across EMEA, with a mix of in-person and virtual formats in a fast-paced corporate environment.

You will work with a team of event professionals, manage multiple workstreams, and ensure compliance with brand standards while delivering high-quality experiences for clients.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent practical experience in events.
• Experience in event management, preferably in financial services or corporate settings.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project coordination tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics and production planning for in-person events (roadshows, conferences, roundtables).
• Execute virtual events using the PGi platform.
• Build registrations, invites, delegate communications, and reporting in the events system (Stova).
• Coordinate suppliers and venues, including proposals, contracting, and AV/catering coordination.
• Prepare event materials and provide project support to Head of Events.
• Track budgets, PO/invoice processing, and maintain accurate financial records.
