Job summary

PhysicsX Ltd. is seeking an Events & Experiences Manager to lead the global events engine, aligning with commercial, research, and talent goals.

You will own the events calendar, manage budgets, coordinate executive dinners, conferences, and workshops, and build scalable playbooks while partnering with Marketing, Partnerships, and Leadership. This senior role requires 5+ years in B2B events, excellent stakeholder skills, and willingness to travel internationally, with a focus on delivering

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing complex B2B events, executive programs, or strategic experiences.
• Proven experience delivering both large external conference programs and high-touch owned events.
• Outstanding project management with attention to detail and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own PhysicsX's global events strategy and calendar across industry, research, executive, partner, and talent events.
• Lead sponsorship planning, speaker coordination, onsite execution, and post-event reporting.
• Produce end-to-end PhysicsX-owned experiences (dinners, roundtables, workshops, talent events).
• Create playbooks and processes to scale events globally.
