Job summary

EY is seeking an Assistant Director for Global Strategic Events and Experiences in London. You will design and deliver the EY brand experience for clients and external projects, coordinating multi-workstream delivery and ensuring brand sign-off across events.

You will mentor junior team members, manage event tech integration and drive complex, high-profile flagship events globally, with travel as needed.

• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-border event programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver brand experiences for EY events and external projects.
• Lead and mentor teams; manage timelines, budgets and project scope.
• Coordinate across legal, procurement and independence to ensure compliance.
• Partner with event technology to deliver registration sites and apps.
• Provide onsite support and manage vendor relationships.
