Job summary

EY is seeking an Assistant Director for the Global Strategic Events and Experiences team in London. You will design and deliver the EY brand experience for clients and stakeholders, leading cross-border events with a focus on strategic outcomes.

You will mentor junior teammates, manage event technology, and collaborate with legal, procurement and internal partners to ensure compliant, high-impact experiences across multiple time zones and regions.

Qualifications

• Cross-border, global event projects experience is essential.
• Proven ability to deliver brand, marketing and communications projects in global organizations.
• Outstanding communication skills across diverse stakeholders and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver the brand experience for EY events and external projects.
• Lead and mentor junior team members on the events and experiences team.
• Manage event technology including registration sites and apps with the technology team.
• Coordinate across workstreams to deliver allocated events on time and within budget.
• Ensure brand sign-off processes across the whole event and post-event review.
