Job summary

Waymo is seeking a senior leader to oversee the rapid deployment of EV charging infrastructure globally. The role requires coordinating design, interconnections, and construction while managing ongoing maintenance and energy optimization.

You will lead a team through standardized deployment playbooks, supplier qualification, and a centralized technology framework to ensure plug-and-play global rollout and strong governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional EV infrastructure deployment experience.
• Experience leading multi-site charging projects and managing permits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end deployment of EV charging infrastructure across global multi-site portfolios.
• Standardize deployment processes and supplier standards.
• Design programming blueprint within centralized framework for global rollout.
• Manage supply chain risks and vendor relationships.
• Provide reporting on KPIs and compliance.
