Job summary

Blink Charging Co. is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of UK EV charging infrastructure projects. You will own the project lifecycle from sales handover to go-live, coordinating customers, field partners, and internal teams.

Applicants should have 3–5+ years in project management, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of EV charging technologies. Occasional UK travel and hands-on coordination will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years in project management or related roles.
• Experience coordinating field service providers and third-party suppliers.
• Knowledge of EV charging, electrical infrastructure, or related technical environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete lifecycle of UK installation projects from sales handover through planning, installation, commissioning, and go-live.
• Create, maintain, and proactively manage installation schedules, project plans, milestones, and customer commitments.
• Manage project scope, dependencies, risks, issues, and mitigation plans throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate activities between customers, field service partners, electrical contractors, landlords, utility providers, suppliers, and third parties.
• Ensure surveys, permits, utility approvals, site readiness activities, and installation requirements are completed prior to installation.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain teams to ensure hardware availability, delivery readiness, and alignment with project timelines.
• Monitor project progress and identify, escalate, and resolve risks, delays or blockers.
• Maintain installation records, documentation, and customer communications in Salesforce.
