Job summary

MARS Recruitment has partnered with a global consultancy to recruit a permanent EUC IT Manager to lead the EUC team and act as the SME, delivering on projects and service desk escalations. The role spans multi-territory device and identity estates, including two existing Intune environments, with potential for expansion as the business grows.

You will manage the team and drive improvements across the IT estate.

Qualifications

• Experience leading EUC teams and IT management.
• Experience with enterprise-level device and identity estates.
• Proven track record in multi-territory IT deployments.
• Line management and staff development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EUC team and act as SME for EUC initiatives.
• Deliver project work and manage escalations from the Service Desk.
• Evolve EUC capabilities across a global, multi-territory environment.
• Mentor and develop EUC staff and foster talent.
