Job summary

MARS Recruitment is partnering with a global consultancy to recruit a permanent EUC Manager to join a talented IT function in Abingdon. This role leads the EUC team, acts as SME, and drives delivery across multi-territory estates.

You will manage Intune environments and guide change and projects, mentoring juniors. The package includes a bonus and benefits, with one onsite day per week as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise-level change management.
• Experience in enterprise-level problem management.
• Project management experience including mentoring juniors.
• Mobile Device Management experience with Apple and Android via Microsoft Intune.
• Experience managing relationships with third-party suppliers.
• Experience in line management and leading a team.
• Experience creating and supporting highly skilled IT support capabilities.
• People development experience in training and developing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EUC team and act as SME for EUC delivery across multi-territory estates.
• Deliver on complex EUC projects and manage escalations from end users and service desk.
• Partner with global groups to evolve EUC capability and ensure successful integrations.
