Nomad Foods is seeking an experienced EUC, Collaboration & Personal Productivity Technology Lead to own the EUC agenda across a 27-country footprint, including budgeting, training, and cross-functional deployment. You will engage with Exec teams and stakeholders, define new solutions, and ensure continued value from technology investments.

• Executive-level communication and influencing skills required.
• Ability to manage deployment of technology across international business environments.
• Experience in international and fast-paced contexts.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead EUC, Collaboration & Personal Productivity Tech strategy across Nomad Foods.
• Oversee budget/spend of €1-2M.
• Define yearly projects to update ways of working for all office workers and implement training/communication.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and Exec Admin teams to tailor solutions to needs.
• Ensure licensing for EUC is up to date and within budget.
• Audit and controls for EUC to maintain zero deficiencies.
• Collaborate with countries/sites and 3rd party vendors to deploying solutions.
• Stay current with technology trends and identify opportunities to improve IT capability and reduce cost.
• Plan and facilitate training for new systems launched by the Technology Team.
