Job summary

isepglobal seeks a senior sustainability leader to oversee a global sustainability programme within a leading international professional services firm. You will drive operational excellence across workstreams and embed environmental and ESG objectives into global operations.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, report to senior stakeholders, manage external partners, and deliver climate reporting, CDP submissions, and governance papers while building strong relationships across Legal,

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading sustainability programmes within large organizations or professional services.
• Strong knowledge of sustainability reporting, climate disclosures and ESG frameworks.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and operational delivery.
• Proven leadership with ability to mentor high-performing teams.
• Excellent programme management, organisational and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience supporting sustainability assurance, audit or reporting programmes is advantageous.
• Experience within a law firm or professional services environment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of the firm's global sustainability programme and operational workstreams.
• Manage and develop a high-performing sustainability team, overseeing workload planning and delivery priorities.
• Oversee climate-related data collection, emissions reporting, transition planning and CDP submissions.
• Lead sustainability audit, assurance and data governance activities.
• Prepare executive-level reports, governance papers and leadership briefings.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Procurement, Operations, Risk, Real Estate and Communications.
• Manage external consultants, auditors and sustainability partners.
• Identify operational risks, drive continuous improvement and support strategic sustainability initiatives.
