Job summary

SGS is seeking a Transformation Management Lead to drive a major ERP transformation across Europe and beyond. You will lead the ERP Transformation Management Office, align finance strategy with Oracle Fusion deployment, and coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, GBS and regional stake- holders.

We require 15+ years in finance transformation with Oracle Fusion experience, strong governance skills, and a track record delivering multi-country deployments.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in Finance Transformation, ERP or large-scale business transformation programs.
• Proven success leading global ERP transformations, ideally with Oracle Fusion.
• Strong expertise in Finance Target Operating Model design and implementation.
• Experience within Shared Services and Global Business Services environments.
• Track record managing multinational stakeholders and multi-country deployments.
• Strong understanding of finance processes including R2R, P2P and O2C.

Drive One of the Largest Finance Transformation Programs at SGS

At SGS, the world’s leading inspection, testing, verification and certification company, we are embarking on a significant global transformation journey through the implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP. We are looking for an exceptional Transformation Management Lead to lead this strategic business transformation program and ensure successful delivery across our global organization.

This is a highly visible executive leadership role, responsible for leading the ERP Transformation Management Office (TMO) and translating Finance strategy into effective ERP design, deployment, adoption and business value realization across multiple countries and regions.

The Opportunity

As Transformation Management Lead, you will act as the central integration point between Finance, Global Business Services, IT, regional stakeholders and external system integration partners. You will ensure Oracle Fusion is implemented as a true business transformation program, driving process standardization, organizational change, governance and sustainable value creation.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Transformation Leadership

• Lead the global ERP Transformation Management Office (TMO).
• Drive the execution of the Oracle Fusion transformation roadmap.
• Ensure alignment between ERP deployment and the Finance Target Operating Model.
• Coordinate business, IT and external implementation partners globally.
• Maintain governance across all program workstreams.

Business Process Transformation

• Drive global process standardization and best-practice adoption.
• Implement scalable Oracle Fusion solutions while minimizing unnecessary customization.
• Balance global standards with local regulatory requirements.
• Establish robust process ownership and governance.

Program Governance & Executive Stakeholder Management

• Establish and lead governance structures and executive steering committees.
• Manage risks, dependencies, escalations and decision-making processes.
• Monitor program performance through KPIs and executive dashboards.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment across global teams.

Change Management & Business Readiness

• Drive organizational readiness across regions and business units.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, communications and adoption strategies.
• Oversee training and deployment readiness activities.
• Support successful transition into business-as-usual operations.

Qualifications

Experience

• 15+ years of leadership experience in Finance Transformation, ERP or large-scale business transformation programs.
• Proven success leading complex global ERP transformations, ideally with Oracle Fusion.
• Strong expertise in Finance Target Operating Model design and implementation.
• Experience within Shared Services and Global Business Services environments.
• Track record managing multinational stakeholders and multi-country deployments.
• Strong understanding of finance processes including Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash.
