Job summary

• Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience using manufacturing ERP systems.
• Understanding of production planning principles.
• Familiarity with manufacturing orders.

• Strong IT and data-handling ability.
• Proactive and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain item and production data within the ERP system.
• Coordinate production-planning activities.
• Monitor priorities and production requirements.
• Create, review and release Manufacturing Orders.
• Process customer orders.
• Produce accurate order confirmations.
• Maintain accurate ERP records.
• Support ERP and planning issue resolution.
• Communicate delivery information to customers.
• Work closely with internal production and operational teams.
• Support continuous improvement of planning and ERP processes.
