Job summary

Andrews Recruitment Group is seeking a Production Planning & ERP Coordinator in Harlow, Essex to manage ERP data, coordinate production planning and process customer orders in a busy manufacturing environment. You will work closely with internal production and operational teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires experience with ERP systems, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production planning principles and manufacturing orders.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal production and customer teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain item and production data within the ERP system.
• Coordinate production-planning activities.
• Monitor priorities and production requirements.
• Create, review and release Manufacturing Orders.
• Process customer orders and produce accurate order confirmations.
• Maintain accurate ERP records and support issue resolution.
