The Engage Partnership Recruitment seeks a Global ERP Director to drive a major enterprise transformation across the UK and EU. You will own the D365 programme, craft a five-year roadmap for Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay and supply chain improvements, and lead a cross-functional transformation team.

You will oversee data migration, testing, cutover, deployment and post-go-live activities across multiple entities, with governance, budgets and executive reporting at the forefront.

Qualificações

• Significant experience leading large-scale ERP and business transformation programmes.
• End-to-end Tier 1 ERP implementation delivery.
• Experience in multi-country deployments; regulated environments knowledge.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay and supply chain processes.

Responsabilidades

• Own and lead D365 transformation programme.
• Create and execute a 5-year roadmap (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay and SCM programmes).
• Build and manage the transformation team.
• Lead data migration, testing, cutover, deployment and post-go-live activities across entities.
• Maintain accountability for programme budgets, delivery milestones, risk management and executive reporting.
• Manage system integrators, implementation partners and third-party suppliers.
