Job summary

Revolut Ltd is seeking an Enterprise Risk Manager to design and implement a global risk management framework. The role will consider business strategy, board risk appetite, and governance to shape future risk approaches across products and regions.

You’ll lead the development of risk policies, indicators, and incident reporting while engaging local stakeholders and regulators as needed. This position offers flexibility to work from home, the office, or abroad.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in risk management within financial services.
• Degree or certification in risk management.
• Ability to interpret and organise complex data clearly.
• Desire to understand how processes work in depth.
• Organised and methodical, with strong attention to detail.
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate risk awareness and sessions; develop risk materials for new employees.
• Develop and implement risk policies, procedures, KRIs, and risk appetite statements.
• Monitor risks against limits and produce reports for management and regulators.
