Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking an Enterprise Architect to lead the design of Integration, Information and BI platforms across the group, including on-prem and cloud environments. The role offers global responsibility with travel, and development support for accreditation.

You will shape the 5-year roadmap, identify new technologies, and collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Solution Teams, IT Security, and external providers to deliver secure, scalable solutions that align with Rolls-Royce strategy.

Qualifications

• IT Architecture experience with proven track record of developing and defining enterprise scale strategies.
• Strong domain knowledge of integration and data architectures (API management, service buses, adapters, ETL, etc.).
• Knowledge of leading integration platforms (Azure/AWS Integration Services, Informatica, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft).
• Broad knowledge of current, emerging technology trends and their business impact.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to adapt style to audience.

Responsibilities

• Design the Integration, Information and BI Platform layers to support business processes.
• Create the technology strategy for Integration, Information and BI Platforms across the Rolls-Royce Group, including on-premise and cloud.
• Own the 5-year roadmap of investments for Integration, Information and BI Platforms, including cost, timescales and business cases.
• Identify new technologies and products for exploitation across the enterprise.
• Define and communicate capable Reference Architectures and ABBs for solutions.
• Liaise with Enterprise Architecture, Solution Teams, IT Security, and outsourced providers.
