Job summary

Thinkit Resources is seeking an Enterprise Architect to own and maintain the enterprise architecture repository across GTM, Finance and Services. You will define architecture principles, enforce patterns, and lead governance for major initiatives while collaborating with Salesforce/CRM delivery teams.

The role requires experience in global organisations, TOGAF knowledge and strong stakeholder management. It offers opportunities across distribution, logistics and finance domains in a fast-growth

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of EA experience in a global organisation.
• TOGAF qualified (or actively pursuing) with governance best practices.
• Experience deploying VCP / SAAS & Cloud tools.
• Experience mixing standard Cloud solutions (ERP, CRM, ITSM).
• Understands distribution/fast-growth operating models and core trading processes (sales, order-to-cash, logistics) and finance processes.
• Can influence and drive decisions across functions and regions without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce architecture principles, standards and reference patterns (integration, data, security/non-functional requirements).
• Run architecture governance for major initiatives: design reviews, decision records, exception handling and dependency resolution.
• Partner with programme leadership to translate target operating processes into implementation-ready architecture designs, guardrails and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Data & Analytics on master data and analytical dimensions (MDM/PIM), clarifying system-of-record ownership and stewardship touchpoints.
