Job summary

CSC is seeking a Business Architect for Global Financial Solutions to ensure end-to-end TOM integration across six workstreams. You will lead architectural coherence across client journeys, processes, data, platform and controls.

The role requires enterprise and TOM design expertise, stakeholder influence, and the ability to translate strategy into an implementable blueprint for a multinational financial services context.

Qualifications

• Proven record designing enterprise or target-operating-model architectures spanning process, data, technology and organisation.

Responsibilities

• Own the TOM architecture and ensure six workstream designs integrate end to end.
• Chair the design-authority and integration reviews and hold design decision rights.
• Identify and resolve cross-workstream design conflicts and escalate only when needed.
• Maintain sequencing constraints across the programme (data before platform; design before automation).
• Maintain a single design baseline and assess change requests for architectural impact.
• Define clear accountability boundaries among Business Architect, Programme Oversight and workstream Owners.
• Translate strategy and design principles into architectural standards for workstreams.
