Job summary

AXA XL is seeking a Chief Enterprise Architect to define and govern an enterprise-wide architecture vision, translating business strategy into integrated technology, data, and capability roadmaps. You will lead AI-enabled architecture programs, drive modernization, and collaborate with senior leaders to align investments with business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience defining enterprise architecture strategy and roadmaps.
• Proven ability to drive architecture governance and standards across portfolios.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled architectural programs at scale.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise target architecture aligned to business strategy.
• Lead multi-year roadmaps across business, data, application and infrastructure domains.
• Govern architecture decisions, standards, patterns and guardrails.
• Drive cloud migration strategy, modernization, and platform rationalization.
• Translate business strategy into capability maps and operating model requirements.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and investment priorities.
